This expansive backyard retreat centers around a rectangular inground pool, framed by a multi-leveled patio paved with light-toned rectangular stones. A darker stone border creates a decorative inlay that outlines the pool area and defines the different functional “zones” of the space. With plenty of space for sunbathing and a custom pavilion nearby houses a complete outdoor dining and for shaded entertaining area.
The landscape design utilizes masonry to manage the property’s elevation, featuring tiered stone retaining walls and wide staircases that lead up to the main residence. An elevated patio off the back of the house offers a higher vantage point and a full creative outdoor kitchen under another pavilion. Lush greenery—including manicured shrubs, ornamental grasses, and Japanese maples— and also the turf is tucked into rocky garden beds, softening the stonework and adding a natural, organic feel to the structured environment.
The entire space is designed for both high-capacity hosting and quiet relaxation, blending high-end hardscaping with thoughtful landscaping to create a cohesive and private outdoor oasis for years of making memories with family & friends.
